Each vault is a smart contract on Robinhood Chain. It records exactly what every wallet put in, and every move the team makes shows up on the block explorer.

Send ETH to the vault from the Priviet app. The contract gives you shares that record your slice of the vault.

The team invests it

The vault owner withdraws ETH from the contract to invest in the stock the vault tracks. Each withdrawal is a public on-chain transaction.

On-chain report

Your balance moves with the position

The team reports what the investment is worth, in ETH, on-chain, and every depositor's balance updates. Gains are capped at +5% per report, at most one every 12 hours. Losses show up immediately.

Withdraw

If the vault holds enough ETH, you withdraw instantly. If most of it is invested, you join a queue and are paid as soon as the team returns funds to the vault.

Each vault tracks one stock. Deposit ETH into the one you want exposure to, and follow it in the app in ETH and in that stock's terms.

Every vault uses the same contract: deposits and withdrawals in ETH, withdrawals that can never be paused, and a $1,000-per-wallet cap for the first 24 hours after opening.

Safeguards & risks

What the contract guarantees, and what it doesn't.

These rules are written into the vault contract. You can read it on the block explorer.

You are trusting the Priviet team with your ETH. The owner can withdraw vault funds to invest them, the investments can lose value, and the contract has not been audited. Only deposit what you can afford to lose.

Withdrawals never paused

The owner can pause new deposits, but no one can stop you from withdrawing or claiming.

Capped gains per report

A value report can raise balances by at most 5%, and only once every 12 hours.

Losses show at once

Drops in value can be reported immediately, so balances don't lag behind reality.

For the first 24 hours, each wallet can deposit up to $1,000, priced with Chainlink ETH/USD.

What happens to my ETH?
It goes into the vault contract, which records your share. The Priviet team withdraws ETH from the vault to invest in the stock the vault tracks, and reports the position's value on-chain. Your balance moves with those reports.
Do I own the stock?
No. You own a share of the vault, which is owed to you in ETH. The stock figure in the app shows what your ETH balance is worth in that vault's stock at current Chainlink prices.
How fast can I withdraw?
Instantly, as long as the vault holds enough ETH. If most of it is invested, you join a withdrawal queue and can claim as soon as the team returns funds to the vault. Withdrawals can never be paused.
Can I lose money?
Yes. If the investments lose value, your balance goes down. You're also trusting the Priviet team to manage and return funds, and the contract hasn't been audited.
What's the launch cap?
For the first 24 hours after a vault opens, each wallet can deposit up to $1,000 worth of ETH. After that there's no per-wallet limit.
